BIO

MISSION STATEMENT: “Fashion is a man made flower: Sown by the artist, cultivated by those of taste, harvested by all who love beauty.”
As a recent Canadian transplant, born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, William Clark has been creating images for editorial and advertising clients for more than a decade. His dual nationality brings a fresh perspective to his work that is visible in all the images that he creates. Inspired by the dynamics of urban street life, William’s imagery is constantly evolving and adapting to trends, both socially and commercially.
“Not afraid to take risks, and never satisfied with the status quo…” Agent Jeff Cerise describes. Risk taking starts with listening to my heart, and the hearts of other artists I collaborate with.
William’s portrait sessions include Tatiyana Ali, Jaki Velaquez, Jimmy Jam, Excelsior Choir, Cynthia Johnson, Kyle and Lane Carlson, Greg Brown, Former First Lady of Minnesota Terry Ventura, Vince Flynn and poet Robert Bly. Some of his recent commissioned works include projects for Target, Ecolab, Dain Rausher, Cross Pens and Watches, Simon & Schuster, Leading Lady, Fujitsu Computers, Jive Records, American Medical News, Hatworld/LIDS, Geek Squad, Best Buy, Arctic Cat, Select Comfort, Rhino Home Video, Owens Corning, Time Out Chicago Magazine, Appleton Coated Paper Co, and Mall of America among others.
